Accreditation
Decisions, certificates and relevant documents relating to the accreditation of the institution and its study programmes.
Accreditation of study programmes and higher education institutions is the process of verifying compliance with prescribed standards and quality requirements established by the Law on Higher Education and related legislation in force. The process evaluates study programmes and quality assurance systems in line with the standards of the European Higher Education Area, and upon successful completion, the institution acquires the right to award publicly recognised qualifications.
The accreditation procedure is conducted by the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Body in Higher Education, in accordance with the law, in regular seven-year cycles.
