Information on Commission activities, study efficiency, student workload, reports and documents.

The Commission for the Analysis of Study Efficiency and Student Workload assesses study efficiency and student workload in the teaching process in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on the Work of the Commission for the Analysis of Study Efficiency and Student Workload of the State University of Novi Pazar and the Rules of Procedure of the Quality Assurance Centre and Commissions of the State University of Novi Pazar.

The Commission analyses study efficiency at three levels: at the level of the higher education institution, the year of study and individual courses within each study programme, as well as at the individual student level. In addition to activities related to study efficiency, the Commission analyses student workload with a view to ensuring their optimal engagement and more efficient mastery of the curriculum.

The Commission continuously assesses study efficiency and student workload in the teaching process through:

  1. collection and processing of data on student pass rates by subject, year and study programme;
  2. collection and processing of data necessary for evaluating the quality of the teaching process at the subject level;
  3. collection and processing of data on student workload by subject, across all study programmes;
  4. monitoring student feedback and suggestions for improving study efficiency;
  5. monitoring academic and associate staff feedback and suggestions for improving study efficiency.

Based on these activities, measures are proposed to standardise assessment criteria, improve study conditions and ensure optimal student engagement, thereby achieving more efficient mastery of the prescribed curriculum.

Each year, the Commission selects the best graduates from the Bachelor Applied Studies, Bachelor Academic Studies and Integrated Academic Studies programmes of the State University of Novi Pazar, pursuant to the Regulations on the Selection of Best Graduates of the State University of Novi Pazar.

The Commission participates in the procedure for recognising completed examinations, ECTS credits and grades obtained by students during mobility periods or at another higher education institution, in accordance with the Regulations on ECTS Credit Transfer and Examination Recognition.
