Call for Enrolment

The State University of Novi Pazar issues a call for enrolment of students into the first year of study in accordance with the Law on Higher Education and the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the number of students.

Note: The number of places per study programme and the tuition fee amounts for the current academic year will be published in the official call of the Ministry of Education. The call is published on the University website and notice boards.

Admission requirements for bachelor academic studies:

  • Completed four-year secondary education
  • Passed school-leaving examination / final examination
  • Passed entrance examination or aptitude and ability test
  • Enrolment subject to ranking on the admission list

Duration: 3 or 4 years (6 or 8 semesters) depending on the study programme. Yields 180 or 240 ECTS credits.

Admission requirements for bachelor applied studies:

  • Completed four-year secondary education
  • Passed entrance examination
  • Enrolment subject to ranking on the admission list

Duration: 3 years (6 semesters), 180 ECTS. Study programme: Nursing Care.

Admission requirements for integrated academic studies:

  • Completed four-year secondary education
  • Passed entrance examination
  • Enrolment subject to ranking on the admission list

Study programmes: Architecture, Pharmacy, Serbian Language and Literature, English Language and Literature, Mathematics. Duration: 5 or 6 years, 300 or 360 ECTS.

Admission requirements for master academic studies:

  • Completed relevant bachelor academic studies (180, 240 or 300 ECTS)
  • Passed entrance examination or aptitude test
  • Grade point average from undergraduate studies (as required by the programme)

Duration: 1 or 2 years (60 or 120 ECTS), depending on the programme.

Entrance Examination

The entrance examination is held on the premises of the State University of Novi Pazar. Candidates are required to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the examination and to bring a valid identity document.

General Knowledge Test
For certain study programmes, candidates sit a general knowledge test or an aptitude test.
Aptitude and Ability Test
Study programmes in Psychology, Early Childhood Education and philological programmes include specific aptitude assessments — details are provided in the call.

Ranking Lists

The preliminary ranking list is published on the University notice boards and website. Candidates have the right to appeal within 24 hours of publication of the preliminary list. The final ranking list is published in accordance with the call for enrolment.

Submission of application form and documents to the Student Services Office within the deadline specified in the call.

Sitting of the entrance examination or aptitude test according to the published schedule.

Provisional ranking list is published; candidates may submit an appeal within 24 hours.

Enrolment
Candidates who qualify submit enrolment documents and complete the enrolment procedure at the Student Services Office.
