Centre for Information Technology

Network infrastructure, servers and IT support of the University.

The Centre for Information Technology is primarily responsible for maintaining the university's computer network, which includes ensuring the optimal functioning of all active servers, managing the university's internet presentation, as well as maintaining and servicing computers and equipment.

We are connected to the Academic Network of Serbia with a single gigabit link, which is sufficient for our university given its current integrated organisation.

We have over 200 computer connections, interconnected in a local area network. There are 4 computer classrooms, one of which is equipped for language learning and one for distance learning.

IT Infrastructure

The core of the IT Centre consists of the university servers:

Email server, DNS server, RADIUS server, Antivirus server, WWW server and SQL server, Local Domain Controller, Active Directory, Cacti monitoring.

The Centre for Information Technology is actively working on modernising existing solutions and building new ones, primarily for the needs of the Rectorate, but also for all services within the University.

The University website is one of the main sources of information about University activities. A student information system is being developed that will significantly facilitate the work of all services and improve interaction between students and the University.
