University Cooperation
Cooperation of the State University of Novi Pazar with domestic and foreign universities.
Over the past five years, significant progress has been made in building a network of inter-university cooperation.
It can be said that the enduring commitment of the State University of Novi Pazar, from its founding to the present day, has been the establishment, cultivation and development of cooperation with other universities in the Republic of Serbia as well as with universities abroad and other organisations engaged in higher education matters.
This is clearly evidenced by the bilateral cooperation agreements concluded with all universities in the Republic of Serbia, as well as with universities in the former Yugoslav region and, of course, a very large number of foreign universities from almost every continent.
Further evidence can be found in SUNP's membership in the European University Association (EUA), the Balkan Rectors' Network, the Danube Rectors' Conference (DRC), the Mediterranean Association of Universities (UNIADRIA) and other organisations relevant to the development of education, science and culture.
The State University of Novi Pazar maintains bilateral ties with a number of foreign university associations, participates in TEMPUS, CEEPUS, ERASMUS/MUNDUS and other programmes, international calls for research and educational development funding, procurement of materials for advancing higher education teaching, and maintains regular contacts and cooperation with student exchange associations for summer and professional internships.
The State University of Novi Pazar has hosted numerous professors from abroad (Austria, France, Italy, Slovakia, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, Greece, Poland, Germany, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and others). During these visits, scientists and experts delivered lectures on current trends in science and practice across a broad spectrum of fields.
