Laboratorija za bioneorgansku hemiju
Naučnoistraživačka delatnost fokusira se na razvoj novih jedinjenja prelaznih jona metala sa potencijalnom antitumorskom aktivnošću. Istražuje se stabilnost ovih kompleksa i njihova interakcija sa biomolekulima. Laboratorija takođe razvija inovativne terapije, kao što su gelovi na bazi prirodnih biljaka, i uključena je u istraživanja primene netoksičnih lekova u kliničkim uslovima. Koriste se napredne tehnologije, kao što su PET i CT, kako bi se procenili efekti terapija i pratila njihova interakcija sa ljudskim organizmom.
Misija Laboratorije za bioneorgansku hemiju je da kroz inovacije i napredna istraživanja doprinese razvoju novih terapija i lekova, posebno u oblasti antikancerogenih tretmana.
Vizija Laboratorije za bioneorganska istraživanja je da se razvije u Centar izvrsnosti u oblasti interdisciplinarnih i transdisciplinarnih istraživanja i doprinese integraciji Državnog univerziteta u Novom Pazaru u međunarodni naučnoistraživački prostor.
