Information on Commission activities, teaching quality control, reports and documents.

The Commission for the Control and Assurance of Teaching Quality ensures the quality system of teaching and continuously monitors and assesses all aspects of teaching quality. Monitoring of the quality of the teaching process is conducted in accordance with the Regulations on the Work of the Commission for the Control and Assurance of Teaching Quality at the State University of Novi Pazar and the Rules of Procedure of the Quality Assurance Centre and Commissions at the State University of Novi Pazar, which define the activities and participants in teaching quality assurance. At the Commission's session held on 30 November 2022, the Commission's Work Plan for the 2022/2023 academic year was adopted.

The Commission for the Control and Assurance of Teaching Quality verifies quality in all areas of teaching quality assurance at least once every three years. Systematic monitoring and evaluation of the teaching process is conducted through:

  1. surveys of students, academic and associate staff for the evaluation of teaching quality;
  2. surveys of students for the evaluation of the quality of academic and associate staff;
  3. surveys of graduates (former students) for the evaluation of the quality of study programmes at the institution;
  4. surveys of employers, from whom feedback is obtained on the competence of graduates and the quality of the study programme;
  5. surveys of academic and associate staff on the evaluation of general study conditions, the quality of services, facilities, equipment and management within the University's departments.

Periodic visits to study programmes and courses for the purpose of gathering data on teaching quality involve direct verification of the regularity of theoretical and practical teaching delivery and review of documentation: registers of lectures and exercises held, student attendance cards, whether notices about study programmes (exam schedules, lecture schedules, exam results, teaching materials, consultation hours, thesis defence notices) are published on the University website, as well as monitoring of student, academic and associate staff feedback and the proposal of corrective measures.
